- Design small cell and macro sites for various carrier clients using AutoCAD 2D.
- Conduct site visits to gather data including measurements, sketches, notes, and photographs.
- Attend bi-weekly project meetings regarding all projects.
- Complete projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with ISO requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure project success.
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D with wireless/telecom experience highly preferred.
- Ability to pass a drug and BG check, as well as an MVR.
- Skills in organization and multitasking.
- Experience in design, telecommunication, and wireless construction.
- 2-4 years of experience in wireless/telecom drafting.
- Experience in civil, structural, or electrical distribution drafting is a plus.
- Fieldwork experience such as data collection, measurements, and taking photos is beneficial.
- Comfortable working independently in the field after initial training.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Wireless Telecommunications Drafter with 2-4 years of experience to join our expanding wireless practice in the Maryland market. The role involves designing small cell and macro sites for various carrier clients using AutoCAD 2D, conducting site visits to gather data including measurements, sketches, notes, and photographs, and attending bi-weekly project meetings. Candidates are expected to complete projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with ISO requirements. This position includes a significant civil/structural aspect to wireless/telecom drafting.

Work Environment
The wireless group is based out of the Fulton, MD office, comprising approximately 5-10 people. The team includes about four in-house drafters, one in Ohio, and one dedicated field person who occasionally visits the office. Candidates must be able to work independently in the field after initial onboarding.B
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.96 - $26.00/hr.
