Schneider Electric is seeking talented individuals with a strong work ethic to be part of our manufacturing team in Fairfield, Ohio. We currently have opportunities for Wiring Technicians for our manufacturing department. Job responsibilities include: Responsible for the strict application of standardized processes in manufacturing / production processes across a limited scope. Contributes to continuous improvement. What qualifications will make you successful? Previous experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing work Possess ability to read electrical schematics Are familiar and skilled in usage of all tools required to wire gear Follow instructions and standard work tasks Have working knowledge of electrical equipment and their usage Have basic understanding of computer usage, ability with Excel and Word beneficial Compliant with all safety policies and procedure. Are self-motivated and self-directed with sense of urgency. Have a solid work ethic - honors responsibility and commitment. Possess high school diploma or equivalent What's in it for me?
