      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the research team to develop data analysis approaches addressing key research questions
      - Develop advanced statistical models to analyze research data related to speech development and disorders
      - Manage and analyze complex datasets using programming languages such as R or Python
      - Contribute to modeling and programming projects independently and within a team setting
      - Communicate findings and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Enrollment in a doctoral program focused on mathematical, statistical, or computational sciences (e.g., Statistics, Biostatistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Engineering)
      - Strong foundation in probability, statistical modeling, and computing
      - Demonstrated experience programming in R, Python, or similar languages
      - Prior experience managing complex datasets
      - Completed advanced coursework in statistics, mathematics, and computing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency with version control tools (e.g., Git)
      - Experience managing analysis workflows in collaborative research settings
      - Familiarity with hierarchical models, longitudinal data, or health-related datasets
      - Strong communication skills with an interest in the science of speech development or related areas
