- Be the business subject matter expert within the Logistics DBA pod to drive system design analysis, and implementation of the WMS software to optimize yard operations.
- Collect, interpret, and analyze various types of logistics data, including availability of product, transport reliability, and supply chain metrics within a $1B logistics budget. Track product flow and monitor inventory via logistics systems.
- Develop, review, and enhance logistics processes and procedures to optimize delivery efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance. Identify gaps and implement improvements.
- Manage day-to-day activities and formal reporting covering inventory management, accuracy, reconciliation, KPI monitoring and improvements, continuous improvement projects, cost reduction opportunities, product rotation and obsolescence, tracking program/order fill-rate and service levels, troubleshooting inventory/ASN discrepancies, etc.
- Assist with management of CBI’s external Warehouse 3PLs and Internal cross-functional Supply Chain teams concerning warehousing operations across CBI’s Warehouse network. Evaluate, monitor, and ensure external 3PL performance meets CBI’s operational and strategic goals.
- Lead logistics and supply chain related processes, designing new processes, networks, and distribution modes. Implement solutions for border issues with carriers, customs, and customs brokers. Analyze and provide insights into network distribution design.
- Collaborate with DBA, IDS, and the business on CBI’s logistics digital journey (YMS, WMS, TMS, Ortec, etc.). Maintain databases of logistics information and troubleshoot data flow issues in various digital systems.
- Participate in the planning, execution, and tracking of Logistics Financial performance. Drive process improvements addressing logistics inefficiencies.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including special projects and supplier/vendor presentations.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields (i.e. logistics, operations management) Two years of equivalent work experience required.
- In depth knowledge of Warehouse operations, Inventory Management, and WMS is essential.
- Experience with Logistics software a plus such as YMS, WMS, TMS, Ortec, including familiarity withP44, is advantageous.
- Demonstrate a self-starter mindset and a strong willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
- Must have excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to translate analytical skills into high-level analysis.
- Proficiency within the Microsoft Suite (particularly Excel) is required. ERP experience is desirable (JD Edwards OneWorld preferred).
- Must be comfortable working with computers and have the ability to learn new software.
- Requires excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate well across all levels of the organization.
- Must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to work with both internal and external customers.
- Must be able to make decisions independently and recommend viable solutions to various problems and issues.
- Must be willing and able to learn and acquire new skills and abilities.
- Spanish language skills preferred but not required.
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods. Lifting may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Position Summary
The WMS Analyst role offers a remarkable opportunity for individuals looking to embark on a career within logistics and supply chain with a specialization in Warehouse Management. This position supports the management of logistics functions across the integrated supply chain and is designed for those eager to learn and grow. Working in Agile, this role will be responsible for supporting the design, testing and implementation of the WMS software within all CBI production facilities to optimize warehouse operations as part of CBI’s Digital Business Acceleration initiative. Responsibilities include learning current warehouse landscape at all beer production/distribution facilities, identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies through digital tools, monitoring of industry trends, standards, and practices to create and refine standard operating procedures for logistics processes. Through guidance and mentorship, this role fosters the development of data analysis and strategy formulation skills, crafting a cost/service value proposition for the organization. Leveraging foundational knowledge and provided support, the WMS Analyst effectively manages the end-to-end distribution network, making a meaningful impact while evolving and learning within the logistics landscape.

$76,500.00 - $112,500.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
