- Ensure prompt and professional service by following the Fat Family Restaurant Group’s mission and vision.
- Promote and instill a hospitality mentality within all employees based on the Fat Family Restaurant Group’s mission and Vision.
- Wash, clean and sort food products. Chop, grind, cut, prepare and marinate meats for cooking. Mix and/or blend ingredients. As directed.
- Set up line prior to shift. Ensure station is fully stocked in a timely manner (15 minutes prior to opening).
- Working at production line and responsible for all mis-en-place for the station.
- Responsible for preparation of food and production duties assigned by the chef or sous chef.
- Ensure orders are served in a timely manner.
- Assist in the breakdown of leftovers including labeling and storage as directed.
- Assist other stations when needed.
- Clean and maintain station, refrigerators and freezers.
- Kitchen upkeep to include replacing of lids on products after use, label and date products to ensure proper storage and to prevent spoilage. Use ingredients in rotation by following FIFO rule. Equipment shutdown, storage and lockup.
- Clean station and ensure utensils and containers are clean and sanitized.
- Ensure job and duties done in a timely manner by following daily station or positIon task list.
- Ensure hygiene and professional standards at production line, prep areas, and dish wash station.
- Ensure all storage areas are tidy and organized, include dry storage room, refrigerators, walk-in(s) and freezer(s), and chemical room or area.
- Ensure proper BOH opening and closing duties.
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties.
- Ensure to complete all daily duties on daily task list or assigned by chef.
- Adhere and ensure following safety and sanitation standards.
- Conduct personal hygiene and professional appearance check on a daily basis.
- Compliance of health inspection codes, and practice FDA HACCP system.
- Meet corporate objectives, requests; for example, staff parking area policy.
- Perform all other duties assigned by management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Frank Fat's located in downtown Sacramento, CA is looking for qualified wok cooks.
Preparation of food products as directed. Operate food preparation and cooking stations, including equipment. Ensure the line is fully stocked with fresh ingredients. Support other cooks. Ensure orders go out as requested. Perform duties in a responsible manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Must have 2 years minimum of wok cook experience.
Lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
