      Position Summary:

      Under direct supervision, the employee provides service to customers and ensures the efficient and profitable operation of the Women's Board Coffee Bar and Gift Shop areas. The employee receives payments, operates a standard cash register, makes a required change, verifies tapes, adjusts for refunds or over-rings, and balances the cash drawer.

      Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

      Requires knowledge of store routines, procedures, materials, and equipment. Knowledge of computerized cash drawer preferred. Highly effective skills to communicate with customers, be poised and at ease with strangers, and relate to people—the ability to operate food service equipment and cash registers.

      Education:

      High school diploma or equivalent.

      Work Experience:

      One to three months of experience.

      Location: Johns Hopkins Hospital (Outpatient Center)

      Work Schedule : Full Time / Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM and must have the flexibility to work weekends as required
