What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately translate critical healthcare information and test orders into the database
- Review incoming orders for completeness and effectively communicate any missing information
- Maintain a high level of quality throughput in data entry tasks
- Comply with applicable CLIA and HIPAA regulations in all processes
- Contribute to a high-throughput workflow to ensure timely patient order management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess excellent typing skills, with a requirement of 70+ words per minute and 7,000+ keystrokes per hour
- Previous data entry experience is necessary
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a medical setting is preferred
- Higher net typing speed applicants will be given preference
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving and research abilities
- Adaptability to changing policies and procedures
