What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Input and manage patient data from various sources, ensuring accurate order processing
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure proper order handling and customer satisfaction
- Act as a liaison between the laboratory and Customer Success to enhance the customer experience
- Identify and develop best practices in response to issues and trends within the workflow
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance the Intake team and Customer Success organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of education
- Expert knowledge of Mac OS X
- Excellent typing skills, with a minimum speed of 70+ wpm and 7,000+ KPH
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage complex issues and workflows independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
