      The Campus Director is a critical member of our ministry, providing leadership on the residential campus. They are responsible for establishing a secure and nurturing environment for individuals facing homelessness, achieved through the implementation of our transformation model, and fostering employee growth. This role demands unwavering dedication to the residents' well-being and empowerment, alongside a demonstrated capability to effectively oversee a multifaceted operation.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Resident Support: Provides leadership and guidance to a team of staff members who assist and support residents in their day-to-day lives, including access to essential services, counseling, and case management.
      • Service Program Implementation and Integrity: Facilitates the implementation of the transformation model and the assigned program phases to the campus. Collaborates with CPO to assess for accuracy of implementation and puts processes in place to accordingly. This also includes managing a campus schedule to ensure clients are engaged in holistic programming and is adjusted for special events and volunteer opportunities.
      • Budget Management: Oversees the budget and financial resources for the facility, ensuring efficient allocation of funds to meet the needs of residents.
      • Compliance and Regulation: Ensures the programs and facility operates in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, licensing and funding requirements. This includes ensuring the maintenance of health and safety standards and documentation.
      • Community Outreach: Assists in actively building relationships with local organizations, government agencies, community partners, and volunteers to collaborate on resources, services, and support for residents.
      • Conflict Resolution: Handles any disputes or conflicts that may arise among residents or between residents and staff members, creating a harmonious living environment.
      • Staff Supervision: Recruits, trains, and supervises staff members, including program managers and direct care workers, to ensure consistent client care is offered and ongoing staff development occurs. Provides team the vision, direction, and development needed to execute on operating plans.
      • Reporting and Documentation: Monitors and safeguards accurate record keeping, reports data to senior leadership and stakeholders, and documents the progress and challenges faced by residents and staff according to the transformation model.
      • Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and security of the facility, ensuring that it remains a safe and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and guests. This includes addressing any facility-related issues promptly, and coordinating large scale repairs and improvements as needed.
      • Strategic Planning and Initiative Implementation: Contributes to the execution of the organization's strategic plan and initiatives to facilitate processes that align with the long-term goals of the organization. This may involve assessing community needs, identifying areas for growth and improvement, and spearheading projects that enhance the quality of services and support provided to residents. This also includes monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure they contribute to the overall strategic objectives of the organization.
      • Emergency Response: Develops and implements emergency response and crisis management plans to ensure the safety and well-being of residents during critical situations.
      • Advocacy: Serves as an advocate for the residents, ensuring that they receive fair treatment and have access to resources and opportunities to improve their lives.

      Position Requirements:

      • A minimum of one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      • Proven experience in leading and managing a team effectively
      • Experience working within a similar environment, ministry, or non-profit organization
      • Strong crisis intervention skills to address challenging situations and ensure the safety and well-being of staff and clients
      • Demonstrated experience in making both operational and strategic decisions effectively to drive the organization’s mission and goals
      • Communication skills that create positive impact and engagement (written, verbal and presentations)
      • Efficient with Microsoft Office applications
      • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is constant
      • Ability to serve as a personal coach on a one-on-one basis and group setting

      Physical Requirements:

      • Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position (standing, walking and sitting)
      • Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, ascend/descend stairs
      • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 10lb
