- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience working with children under 13 years of age
- Have strong interpersonal and organization skills.
- Possess a general knowledge of the Webster Central School District (WCSD) core beliefs, mission, and vision.
- Demonstrates an expertise in youth programming and leadership.
- First Aid/CPR/AED Trained
- Completes required training mandated by WonderCare
Assists in Plan, organize,and implement daily program schedules
Ensures all aspects of the program are developmentally appropriate, and meet the individual needs of the students (social/ emotional, cognitive, and physical needs)
Maintain a safe environment for all children in the program
Ensure appropriate staff to student ratios
Maintains clean and organized facilities in the school and areas of the school that the program uses
- Supports the maintenance of all records, attendance, fire and emergency drills, sign in and out, behavior, and medical logs as determined by the Coordinator. Knowledge of Google Drive including Docs, Sheets and Calendar requests.
Displays a positive attitude and is flexible and willing to adjust to change
Follows, implements, and monitors WonderCare program Quality standards
Takes direction and demonstrates initiative
Attends required professional development trainings
Supports coordinator with staff training and monthly meeting
Maintains a positive working relationship with staff, students, parents or guardians, and school personnel
Prompt communication with the coordinator
Ensure staff follows dress code
Wears proper identification, staff shirt or presentable clothing (business casual) AT ALL TIMES
Assists the coordinator with programming, staff recruitment and retention, and communication with families
Performs other duties as assigned by the Coordinator and Director
Supports the coordinator with essential responsibilities
Fills in as coordinator or ratio as needed

Start Date: August 26, 2025
Position Summary: The Assistant Site Coordinator is responsible for supporting the supervision, planning, implementing, and organizing the daily before and after school and WonderDay program. A major emphasis is on program excellence and developing quality care to the highest standard. The assistant site coordinator will support the coordinator by supervising staff that are assigned to them, including staff who float between sites. They must maintain a safe environment for all students and communicate with parents or guardians and all school personnel regularly.
