      Woodbury Estates and Woodbury Villa, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Home Health Aide to join our growing team!

      Woodbury Estates and Woodbury Villa are in Woodbury, MN right next door to Woodbury Senior High School. We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently for over 25 years in our gorgeous apartment style communities providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services.       Shifts Available: FT Nocs, including rotating weekends or Per Diem
      HHA Wage: $17-$22 per hour

      In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:
      • CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
      • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
      • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
      • Assist with medication administration.
      Qualifications:
      • Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
      • Strong interest in healthcare.
      • Positive, compassionate attitude.
      • Strong customer service and communication skills.
