- Refresh the design of the current WordPress site to align with enterprise-focused messaging, ensuring a cohesive look and feel
- Update or modify existing WordPress themes and plugins to support the new design and functionality requirements
- Ensure the site is responsive and optimized for both desktop and mobile users
- Provide creative direction for web design elements that appeal to enterprise clients, such as updated graphics, page layouts, and interactive elements
- Ensure a consistent design aesthetic across all pages while maintaining the integrity of Levelset’s brand guidelines
- Implement SEO best practices during the site update to maintain and improve search engine rankings
- Ensure the site remains optimized for speed, performance, and accessibility
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure proper use of metadata, internal linking, and other on-page SEO elements
- Work with the marketing team to ensure updated content reflects a consistent tone, style, and messaging across the entire site
- Ensure new design and content layouts are easy for internal teams to manage post-launch
- A fully refreshed WordPress website optimized for enterprise clients in tone, design, and functionality
- Ensured SEO compliance and best practices throughout the updated site
- A consistent and engaging visual design aligns with the Levelset brand across all pages
- Documentation and guidance for the internal team on managing and updating the site post-project
- Estimated project duration: 4-6 months, with key milestones to be defined upon project kick-off
- 5+ years of experience in WordPress development, with a proven track record of site redesigns
- Strong portfolio showcasing WordPress projects with a focus on creative design and SEO
- Expertise in WordPress theme and plugin development/customization
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles with an eye for detail
- Experience using design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines
