What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-person and virtual workshops across various Work and Family Life Program areas for service members and families
- Provide one-on-one consultations and location-specific information and referral services
- Offer support for disaster preparedness and crisis response globally
- Ensure all services provided are accurately recorded in the government’s system of record
- Utilize technological tools for effective communication and virtual service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in social science or related behavioral science field, or equivalent experience
- Experience presenting and facilitating training for diverse groups
- Strong technical skills with digital technology for virtual training
- Knowledge of FFSP programs and military lifestyle challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to prepare management reports
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience working with the Fleet and Family Support Programs
