      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle customer service and tech support calls in both Spanish and English
      - Engage with customers to identify and resolve their needs and technical issues
      - Maintain a positive attitude while taking back-to-back calls throughout your shift
      - Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to customer service
      - Utilize customer-facing tools effectively to provide solutions and improve customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Fluency in both Spanish and English
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience
      - Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
      - Must reside in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively
      - Familiarity with technical troubleshooting and customer support tools
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
      - A proactive approach to continuous development and learning
