What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Utilize training and knowledge to accurately address customer inquiries and promote products
- Listen to customer needs and resolve issues effectively
- Document and process customer orders in the relevant systems
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate staff when necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system

- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
