Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and issues through inbound calls, outbound calls, or online communication.
- Utilize call flow guides to assist customers and provide solutions to their problems.
- Document and retrieve information in databases accurately.
- Offer additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and success.
Sales Advisor Responsibilities:
- Close sales by utilizing prospecting, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Build strong client relationships and find innovative ways to retain customers.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and detail-oriented approach to sales.
- Upsell and offer additional products and services to maximize customer value.
Technical Support Advisor Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products.
- Provide basic customer service support along with technical assistance.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, particularly in areas such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables.
Requirements for Work at Home Advisors:
- Minimum of six months of customer service or sales experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Quiet and distraction-free work environment at home.
- Ability to deliver outstanding service and show empathy towards customers.
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of PC systems.
- High-speed internet connection and smartphone.
Additional Information:
- The base wage for this position is $16.00 CAD per hour, with the possibility of higher pay based on location or position.
- Performance incentives and bonuses are available.
- Paid training will be provided.
- A work computer may be provided, depending on the position.
