What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound Social Media posts (cases) on behalf of the employer's client
- Research, analyze, and respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, upgrades, tech support, promotions, etc.
- Conduct sales conversations and overcome objections
- Provide exemplary customer service through text-based communication
- Utilize emojis and GIFs to enhance customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a GED or High School Diploma
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Strong time management and punctuality skills
- Positive attitude with a "team win" mentality
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a customer service representative in a similar role
