What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take inbound Social Media posts on behalf of the employer's client
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, upgrades, tech support, promotions, etc.
- Conduct sales and upselling solutions
- Deliver exemplary customer service through research and issue resolution
- Handle stressful customer situations and overcome objections
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a GED or High School Diploma
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Strong punctuality and attendance
- Positive attitude and strong conflict resolution skills
