      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts professionally and efficiently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older

      - Ability to type at least 20 words per minute accurately
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or sales roles
      - Familiarity with conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation techniques
