      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a courteous and professional manner
      - Utilize training and knowledge to accurately answer customer questions and promote products and services
      - Listen to customer needs, resolve issues, and document customer interactions
      - Research and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries
      - Attend training sessions and stay updated on program knowledge and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
      - Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or administrative support in a contact center environment
      - Previous state or federal work experience
