      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts professionally and courteously
      - Utilize training to answer customer queries and promote appropriate products and services
      - Resolve customer issues, research missing information, and coordinate with other departments as needed
      - Document and process customer orders accurately in the system
      - Adhere to scripts, policies, and procedures while maintaining confidentiality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years old or older
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
      - Ability to type at least 20 words per minute accurately
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or sales in a contact center environment
      - State or Federal work experience
