      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
      - Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous and professional manner
      - Utilize knowledge base to accurately answer customer inquiries and sell products
      - Listen to customer needs and resolve issues effectively
      - Document and process customer orders in the appropriate systems
      - Stay up-to-date on training materials and changes to program knowledge

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
      - Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system

      **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
      - One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or related fields
      - Previous experience in a contact center environment
