      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous and professional manner
      - Utilize training and knowledge base to assist customers and promote products and services
      - Resolve customer issues by understanding their needs and coordinating with other departments
      - Document and process customer orders accurately in the appropriate systems
      - Attend meetings and training to stay updated on program knowledge and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
      - Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of the Windows operating system

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or related fields in a contact center environment
      - State or Federal work experience
