What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts professionally and courteously
- Utilize training and knowledge to resolve customer issues and sell products/services
- Document and process customer orders accurately in appropriate systems
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries effectively
- Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on changes in processes and systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in customer service or related fields in a contact center environment
- Previous state or federal work experience
