      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to customer inquiries via telephone to provide problem resolution in accordance with service standards
      - Resolve basic payment and account-related requests, including card activations and updates for cardholders
      - Maintain detailed knowledge of products and services for assigned clients
      - Analyze customer service needs and communicate them to service and technical departments when necessary
      - Enter required data into client-provided systems and databases

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - Minimum of 12 months of recent contact center or work-from-home contact experience
      - Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
      - Must be open to a work schedule that may include mid to late shifts and weekends
      - Completion of a background check, including criminal and credit checks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with payment processing and account management
      - Experience using computerized data entry systems or relevant applications
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
