      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing resolutions in line with service standards
      - Handle basic payment and account-related requests for assigned clients, utilizing user-friendly systems
      - Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and procedures to effectively assist cardholders
      - Document and enter data into client systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping
      - Escalate unresolved issues to senior representatives or appropriate departments for further resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 12 months of recent contact center or work-from-home experience
      - Bilingual in Spanish and English
      - Must be open to a flexible work schedule, including mid to late shifts and weekends
      - Completion of a background check, including criminal and credit checks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service within a financial or payment processing environment
      - Familiarity with digital interview processes and remote work technologies
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing procedures
