What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in accordance with service standards
- Handle basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including card activations and updates
- Maintain detailed knowledge of assigned clients' products and services
- Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments
- Enter required data into client-provided systems and databases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months of recent contact center or work from home experience
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Availability for a work schedule that may include mid-shift to late hours and weekends
- Completion of a background check, including criminal, credit, and verification of education and employment

- Ability to navigate computerized data entry systems effectively
