      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in line with service standards
      - Resolve basic payment and account-related requests, including card activations and address updates
      - Enter required data into client systems and databases
      - Analyze customer service needs and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments
      - Build knowledge of products, policies, and procedures for assigned clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - Minimum of 12 months of recent contact center or work-from-home experience
      - Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
      - Availability to work mid-shift to late hours, including weekends
      - Completion of a background check, including criminal and credit checks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service role within the payments or financial services industry
      - Familiarity with computerized data entry systems and decision trees
      - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change
      - Ability to work effectively under close supervision and follow established procedures
