What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in line with service standards
- Resolve basic payment and account-related requests, including card activations and updates
- Enter required data into client systems and databases, following established documentation and processes
- Escalate unresolved issues to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments
- Build knowledge of products, policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months of recent contact center or work-from-home experience
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Availability for mid to late shifts, including weekends
- Completion of a background check, including criminal, credit, and employment verification
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role within a technology or payment solutions company
- Familiarity with payment processing systems and customer service best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate computerized data entry systems
