      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - At least 1 year of customer service experience
      - Ability to maintain a reliable private internet connection free from cellular data or hotspots
      - Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and flexibility to embrace change
      - Dependability with a solid attendance record
