      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and prospect potential book fair hosts through calling and email outreach
      - Qualify, develop, and secure new events using various prospecting methods
      - Build and maintain relationships with clients and key school leaders
      - Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and forecasts to management
      - Continuously refine sales techniques and stay informed about industry trends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
      - Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

      - Proven track record of success in sales with a focus on revenue growth
      - Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers and customers
      - Familiarity with telecommuting software such as Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet
