What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle 80-100 incoming calls daily to book reservations for various brands
- Apply sales techniques to convert calls into bookings
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Strive to exceed monthly personal and department performance metrics
- Receive and implement feedback from managers to improve call quality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must currently reside in specific states including AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY
- Minimum of one year of sales experience
- At least two years of consecutive work experience with one employer
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
- Permanent residence with a designated distraction-free workspace

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Familiarity with reservation systems or travel industry software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
