JOB TITLE:
Office Aide
DEPARTMENT INFORMATION:Office of Sponsored Programs, The OSP office provides post award customer services, tracking, and compliance on research grants.
Job location: UW campus, 5th floor Hill Hall.
Pay rate or range: $13.00 / hour for 5 hours / week
JOB PURPOSE:
To assist with electronic system tasks on a consistent daily basis in WyoCloud system, and additional office system workflow items or clean up tasks both paper and electronic, or other office functions such as filing, shredding, uploading electronic documents, and including walking on campus to deliver deposits or pickup supplies. Will be trained on additional and new processes, electronic systems, or software as needed. JFNTMP

Professional office experience and proficient with office MS Suite computer, and experience with Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams/Web Browser. Ability to maintain a consistent schedule, Attention to detail, Ability to adapt between various systems and projects.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be eligible, have received and accepted work study award through Student Financial Aid for the applicable semester and/or academic year.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Professional office experience and proficient with office MS Suite computer, and experience with Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams/Web Browser – with emphasis on high level experience with excel. Attention to detail, Consistency, Confidentiality, Knowledge of InfoEd or WyoCloud software systems, Computer experience, Ability to maintain consistent schedule, and experience with adapting between various systems and project.
