  • Job Description

      Req#: R4890
      Triage, diagnose, and resolve Workday functional issues originating from end users using business process edits, custom validations, reports and/or other Workday solutions. Work with departments to lead projects, including testing and coordinating user education, and adhere to project deadlines

      Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:

      • Minimum of 2 years of Workday experience, including experience with business process setup, custom validations, security configurations, calculated fields, EIB’s and report writing.
      • (skills for current Administration Systems Analyst)
      • A strong understanding of Finance, HR and Supply Chain Fundamentals
      • Ability to review upcoming enhancements and release information and identify changes that will impact the organization.

      Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:

      • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel functions and formulas for EIB creation.

      Educational Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related work experience.

      Report to: Workday Program Manager

      Manages: N/A
