      Responsibilities

      We are currently seeking a passionate Business System Analyst of Workday HCM, with primary focus in HR HCM (Human Capital Management), Recruiting, Learning, and Absence. Working closely with our Overseas IT, China HQ HR business teams, this role will play a critical leadership role to design, build and operate world class HCM, Payroll, Compensation, application with simple, sleek, cohesive digital employee experience. We believe this is a critical component to enable Tencent's rapid employee and business growth in Overseas markets, including North and South America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia (Except Greater China).

      • Act as domain expert in both HR SaaS (Workday) and HR business processes. Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Absence modules.
      • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and other key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday Recruiting solutions.
      • Design and configure recruiting workflows, job requisitions, candidate tracking, and onboarding processes within Workday.
      • Provide technical leadership and expertise in the Workday Recruiting modules, ensuring best practices are followed and system support organizational hiring needs.
      • Conduct training sessions for HR teams, Recruiters, and Hiring managers on Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Absence modules.
      • Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Workday HCM.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Recruiting module efficiently and promptly.
      • Prepare detailed estimates and test plans based on functional requirements.
      • Analyze, design, document, and test software modifications to existing processes/configurations, reports, forms, extensions, and interfaces.
      • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures related to recruiting and support integrations.
      • Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities, particularly those related to recruiting, Core HCM, Absence, and Performance management, and implement improvements as necessary.
      • Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts, and end-user representatives.
      • Provide solution options for the business to consider, with pros and cons, along with recommendations.
      • Drive the design, configuration, and deployment of new projects and system enhancements.
      • Participate in change management and go-live support processes.

      • Qualifications include:
      • 2+ years of Workday HCM development, configuration, implementation, and support experience.
      • Experience in at least 5 HCM modules such as Core, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent Management, Performance, Benefits, Analytics, Calculated Fields.
      • Experience with the full lifecycle of implementations and upgrades.
      • Experience providing ongoing HCM SaaS support.
      • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
      • Motivated to learn continuously and adapt quickly to change.
      • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
      • Ability to work effectively with remote teams across different time zones.
      • Bachelor's degree; MS/MBA preferred.
      • Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred but not required.
