      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development and implementation of strategies for end-user adoption of Workday
      - Serve as a liaison between project leadership and customer counterparts
      - Support change-related activities including readiness assessments and adoption measurements
      - Develop communications and training materials for successful transitions to Workday
      - Mentor junior resources and contribute to the refinement of Change Management methodologies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in change management for Workday deployments
      - Experience in an external customer-facing consulting role
      - Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to present to diverse audiences
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
      - Familiarity with HR, Finance, or Student Information Systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience for a Senior Change Management Consultant role
      - Experience in Workday deployment projects focusing on user training and process alignment
      - Ability to navigate and resolve conflicts between client stakeholders
      - Previous work experience in Healthcare, Education, or Government sectors
      - Willingness to travel up to 20% if required
