Job Description

- Help ensure data integrity through regular audits and reconciliation activities. Enter, update, and maintain employee data in Workday, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Support employee lifecycle events, including hires, terminations, transfers, and job changes
- Assist in maintaining organizational structures, supervisory orgs, and cost centers in Workday
- Generate and distribute standard reports and support ad hoc data requests from HR team members
- Provide timely support to employees and managers with Workday-related questions or issues
- Workday help text, Benefit Enrollment instructions, building Learning courses in WD, password resets, job aids in Capacity
- Help with testing and management of new changes in Workday (open enrollment testing, updates, new initiatives).
- Collaborate with the Workday Manager, IT, and HR to test and implement system updates or process improvements
- Assist in preparing documentation and training materials for Workday users
- Escalate complex system issues to the Workday Manager or appropriate technical resources
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in HRIS, preferably with exposure to HR systems like Workday
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain data accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Visio
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Workday Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role provides day-to-day administrative support for the Workday Manager, maintaining data accuracy, managing employee lifecycle transactions, supporting end-users, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes within Workday. The Workday Coordinator collaborates closely with the Workday Manager, HR Business Partners, IT, and other HR team members to process data updates, assist with system improvements, support reporting needs, and provide exceptional service to employees and managers navigating Workday.
