Minimum 5-years of experience in Workday HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation. ? Configure and customize Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation & Performance modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.? Configure Compensation Plans like Bonus, Merit, and Stock Plans? Roll out compensation plans to eligible employees.? Process year-end compensation review for employees including merit awards, bonus plans with performance factors, and grant stock.? Manage exceptions in compensation review.? Generate Compensation Review Statement.
