- HR Information Systems creates, tests and implements HR service delivery strategies and support HR business processes using HR information systems.
- This role will be supporting a large scale Workday implementation for approximately 10,000 employees into a currently existing Workday tenant.
- Duties will include evaluation of the current tenant and requested requirements, leading discovery and requirement session and supporting testing and implementation.
- Experience leading discovery and requirement sessions, supporting testing and configuration with Workday
- Previous involvement in large scale implementation projects related to Workday
- Experience with the Benefits Administration module, required
- Experience with the Leave Administration module, preferred
- Experience with iLoads and implementor access in Workday, preferred
- Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities
- Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
- Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
- Completes work independently
- At least 5 years of experience supporting Workday in an HRIS capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
