      About the Role

      The Partner Strategy and Business Development team leads strategy, planning, and business growth at Workday. We define and execute strategies with leaders, manage strategic partner relationships, and drive significant revenue growth.

      This Director role for the Workday Marketplace involves designing and leading the Marketplace program, delivering new business capabilities, and achieving revenue targets. Successful candidates will have experience in Marketplace programs, business development, and working with SaaS or Cloud providers, along with leadership skills and a track record of meeting ambitious goals.

      About You

      Basic Qualifications:

      • 8+ years in business development or partner programs.
      • 8+ years in SaaS or Cloud Service Provider sales or product roles.
      • 2+ years managing Marketplace programs at SaaS or Cloud companies.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience in sales, partner operations, or program management.
      • Experience launching new products or platforms.
      • Proven ability to manage large, complex programs.
      • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

      Workday Pay Transparency
