- Assist Lead Organizational Change & Training Consultants in developing communications, training, and education materials.
- Assist in delivering customer-facing training.
- Participate in and support change management workshops and workstream meetings.
- Perform change management tasks with direction and oversight from seasoned consultants.
- Apply Collaborative Solutions’ change management and training methodology to projects on which they are assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Communication Studies, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Organizational Psychology, Technology Education and Training, or related fields.
- 1 year of work experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.
- May also have relevant work experience in a student recruiting / admissions office, student records office, financial aid office or student financials office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation & visual design acuity.
- Ability to manage time and juggle multiple assignments at once.
- Basic Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Become Workday certified via classroom training, self-study, and project work
- Travel to customer site when needed.
