Position: Workday Payroll Implementation Consultant

Location: Dublin, OH (remote till the current situation is better due to COVID)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description :

Must have skills

• Must have Payroll implementation / configuration experience in Workday

• Must have minimum 2 end to end Workday payroll implementation experience

• Not looking for Workday user (Example: Payroll processer, HRIT Manager, Payroll processing mgr, etc).

• Strong experience in Payroll processes, especially Canada Payroll

• Experience in Business Process setup

• Good understanding of Workday Security

• Ability to configure and test Workday payroll functionally

• Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player

• Working experience as part of System Integrator (SI) projects is a plus

Good to have skills

• Implementation experience of systems like Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft but not limited to these, is a plus.

• Good awareness of tightly coupled modules/functionalities like Core HR, Comp, Time keeping, integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work independently or with Team Lead and/or Project Manager to manage Payroll configurations

• Gather requirements and prototype the configuration changes

• Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday

• Assist customer stakeholders in use case preparation

• Support development & testing teams with config activities, as related to their activities

• Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns
