What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide tier-2 support for application incidents and ensure 24/7 on-call coverage
- Lead complex software upgrade and new software installation initiatives
- Maintain project documents with technical details and user expectations
- Identify areas for automation and lead internal initiatives for implementation
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery of critical systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years supporting complex Supply Chain Management systems
- Strong technical and business operations background in a healthcare environment
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and software development methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday SCM software or Lawson
- Familiarity with server operating systems, databases, and monitoring tools
