      Role: Workday Reporting Analyst
      Location: San Antonio TX
      JD:
      • Develop and maintain a variety of complex Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite, BIRT)
      • Trained with experience to Build and managing PRISM objects using BIRT report in workday
      • Respond to all incoming Workday HR reporting requests from across the organization
      • Gather requirements, design, configure/build, test, and deliver reporting solutions to meet business needs
      • Analyze and consolidate reporting requirements to leverage existing reports where applicable
      • Collaborate with HRIS leads in establishing reporting standards and Provide guidance on complex reporting needs to HRIS team
      • 5+ years of advanced Workday report writing experience, both in modifying delivered reports and building and maintaining custom reports
