What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the ongoing requirements gathering, design, test, deployment, and maintenance of Workday configuration for new functionality or enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues with exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams and key business stakeholders to provide support for requests such as enhancements, defects, and new functionality
- Serve as lead for one or more Workday functional areas
- Mentor junior team members professionally to help them realize their full potential

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 4+ years of directly related Workday configuration experience in at least one Workday functional area
- Working knowledge of Workday configuration, including business process design and configuration, condition rules, and complex calculated fields
- Experience as a Report Writer, with the ability to design and create custom reports and dashboards
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4+ years of professional software development experience with Workday Financials, Workday HCM, and/or Workday integration
- Workday Pro Certifications strongly preferred
- 3+ years of experience with architecture and design
- 3+ years experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
- 2+ years of experience in open-source frameworks, or one of the following: .NET Core, asp.Net, Angular, or Express
