      Workday/PRISM Data & Reporting Analyst

      Reporting of the Role

      This role reports to the Director of Group Applications

      Overview of Job

      Global is on a journey to transform its finance data and reporting landscape using Workday's PRISM Analytics. We are seeking a Workday/PRISM Data & Reporting Analyst to stabilise our current custom billing solution and design the future state that enables a smooth handover from Technology to Finance (Accounts Receivable). This role will also partner with stakeholders across Technology and Finance to define and execute a finance data & reporting strategy with PRISM at the centre.

      You will be the owner of the Workday/PRISM data & reporting platforms - from a technical & functional perspective – ensuring Global is maximising the full potential of innovation and delivering Global’s Workday platform strategic objectives of

      • Own and lead the stabilisation and optimisation of Global's PRISM billing solution.

      • Play a pivotal role in defining & driving forward Global's finance data and reporting strategy.

      • Collaborate with a dynamic Workday team and partner with diverse finance stakeholders to deliver meaningful changes through a rigorous pursuit of innovation

      Measures of Success – In the first few months, you would have:

      • Developed a comprehensive understanding of the current PRISM billing solution.

      • Designed and begun implementing the future state PRISM billing solution.

      • Built strong relationships with key stakeholders in Technology and Finance.

      • Established a roadmap for expanding PRISM use cases to drive significant enhancement of Global’s finance data and reporting capabilities.

      Responsibilities of the role

      • Lead the stabilisation & optimisation of the current PRISM billing solution and define & execute a future state that’s owned by Finance (AR).

      • Collaborate with Technology (Workday & Data) and Finance stakeholders to define and execute a finance data and reporting strategy with PRISM as the centrepiece.

      • Own and manage PRISM configurations, including data transformation, reporting, security, and integrations.

      • Be the PRISM data and reporting expert, guiding and supporting the team and end-users.

      • Work closely with Workday FINS & the Finance team to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.

      • Manage WD Finance stakeholders of all levels – CFO, Exec FD’s, Finance Leads, Analysts, Transactional processors.

      • Partner with the Director of Group Applications to present to senior finance stakeholders and external providers.

      • Own, curate & deliver the Workday/ PRISM Data & Reporting roadmap, partnering with the Tech Delivery Lead, that’s drives transformational change to achieve Global’s Workday platform strategic objectives of 1) Build a better foundation 2) Supercharge the Workday flows 3) Elevate insights that matter; to 4) Create Meaningful moments.

      • Apply Global’s principles (ESSA: Eliminate, Simplify, Standardize, Automate) to ensure value realization of Globals Workday & PRISM investment.

      What you will need

      The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to develop and implement innovative solutions, capable of the following:

      • PRISM Analytics & Workday Reporting deep functional and technical knowledge & best practices

      • Proven track record of designing and implementing data & reporting solutions across Workday & PRISM, including data transformation, reporting, security, and integrations.

      • Data driven individual, passionate about providing business insight underpinned by strong governance principles around data integrity & auditability.

      • Ability to understand end-user needs and independently design effective ‘to be’ solutions that drive positive business change.

      • Experience leading a solutioning framework of 1) documenting the ‘as is’ issues (through problem statements & metrics); 2) designing a principle driven ‘to be’ solution (through robust design principles with limited exceptions, solution statements, metrics), & 3) executing the solution to completion (expediting quick wins)

      • Strong capability to engage & service Senior Stakeholders – inside or outside a steering committee environment - to curate the agenda, prepare the content, deliver with confidence, driving engagement and decision-making.

      • Be a ‘changemaker’- tenacious appetite to drive transformational change - pushing boundaries of WD FINS through maximising innovations, limiting focus on ‘incidents’ to create capacity to deliver enhancement initiatives.

      • Fundamental belief in Global's Workday platform principles.

      • Continuous improvement mentality – ‘better today than yesterday’

      • Highly inquisitive to learn the Workday ‘art of the possible’ & put into practice.
