      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle cases related to fee schedules for workers' compensation and auto insurance using Salesforce
      - Maintain and update tickets in Salesforce to ensure accuracy
      - Ensure compliance with fee schedules and state reporting requirements
      - Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or chat
      - Adapt to changing tasks and systems as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma
      - 1-2 years of experience with workers' compensation and fee schedules
      - Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS coding
      - Understanding of basic medical billing practices and rules
      - Ability to frequently change tasks and systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the general medical industry, particularly in workers' compensation or auto insurance
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar case management systems
