What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the return-to-work process with all stakeholders, ensuring associates return as quickly and safely as possible
- Review all incident reports and ensure appropriate TPA adjuster is assigned
- Communicate with associates via phone and email within designated time frames
- Obtain associates’ medical work status every 30 days and maintain tasks and notes for tracking
- Provide support to all stakeholders throughout the life of the claim, answering questions within designated time frames
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 1-3 years experience in worker’s compensation claims in multiple jurisdictions required
- Knowledge of Health & Safety or a desire to learn the specifics
- Strong empathy for situations and a desire to care for associates and their outcomes
- Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with claims management software or systems
- Previous experience in a collaborative team setting
- Understanding of risk management principles
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development
