What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for injured workers, employers, and medical providers
- Assess and evaluate the needs of injured workers to develop personalized care plans
- Coordinate medical appointments and follow-up care to facilitate timely recovery
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters, physicians, third-party administrators, and case managers for seamless communication
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed based on recovery milestones
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Health Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in care coordination, case management, or Workers' Compensation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and care management software
