What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate, evaluate, and adjust claims in accordance with claim handling standards and laws
- Establish reserves and provide reserve recommendations
- Review and approve medical, legal, and miscellaneous invoices
- Negotiate settlements and oversee designated claim files
- Assess and monitor subrogation claims for resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Five or more years of claims experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Adjuster's license may be required based on jurisdiction
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 15 pounds and perform physical tasks such as stooping, bending, and reaching
